1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, placing an order, or purchasing products from Permanently Engraved, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Custom-Made Products

Most products offered by Permanently Engraved are custom-made and personalized specifically for the customer.

Because custom products are created according to customer specifications, all personalized information, spelling, dates, artwork, logos, photographs, and design instructions submitted by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please review all submitted information carefully before placing your order.

3. Design & Pricing Adjustments

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may be subject to adjustment based on:

• Complexity of artwork

• Amount of engraving required

• Design customization requests

• Material costs

• Additional production time

• Special order products

If additional charges are required due to design complexity or customization requests, we will contact the customer for approval prior to production.

Permanently Engraved reserves the right to adjust pricing for custom projects when necessary.

4. Artwork & Copyright Responsibility

Customers submitting logos, artwork, photographs, trademarks, or copyrighted materials represent and warrant that they have the legal right to reproduce and use such materials.

Permanently Engraved is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided content.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Permanently Engraved from any claims relating to submitted artwork.

5. Proof Approval

When design proofs are provided:

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, names, artwork placement, and design details.

• Approval of a proof constitutes final approval.

• Permanently Engraved is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Production may begin immediately upon approval.

6. Shipping Policy

Flat Rate Shipping

Permanently Engraved offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00 on qualifying orders.

This flat-rate shipping covers products with actual shipping costs up to $40.00.

If the actual shipping cost exceeds $40.00 due to:

• Product size

• Product weight

• Multiple-item orders

• Oversized packaging

• Destination location

the customer agrees to pay the difference between the actual shipping cost and the $40.00 shipping allowance.

Customers will be notified of any additional shipping charges before shipment.

7. Delivery Timeframes

Production times vary depending on product type, customization requirements, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Permanently Engraved shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Supply chain interruptions

• Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products: are non-refundable and non-returnable.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

• Provide photographs of the packaging and damaged product.

• Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Failure to provide documentation may affect claim eligibility.

10. Color & Material Variations

Natural materials such as wood, slate, leather, glass, and metal may exhibit variations in:

• Grain patterns

• Color

• Texture

• Engraving appearance

Product photos are examples only and may not exactly match the final product.

These variations are considered normal and are not defects.

11. Product Use & Safety

Customers assume all responsibility for the proper use of products purchased from Permanently Engraved.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unintended use of products.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Permanently Engraved shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Permanently Engraved reserves the right to refuse any order, artwork submission, or project request at our sole discretion, including requests containing:

• Offensive content

• Hate speech

• Illegal content

• Copyright violations

• Material inconsistent with our business standards

14. Privacy

Customer information submitted through this website will be used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and business operations in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

15. Changes to Terms

Permanently Engraved reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
